Element Three Recognized as an Indianapolis “Fastest-Growing” Company

Element Three has been recognized as one of the fastest-growing Indianapolis-area private companies by the Indianapolis Business Journal.

Based on 174 percent revenue growth from fiscal years 2011 to 2013, Element Three was named the fourth fastest-growing private company in the Indianapolis metro area. The list was included in INDIANA 100, an annual look at Indiana’s top companies.

Element Three President Tiffany Sauder credits a large portion of the company’s growth to one simple philosophy: Business First.

“Like our clients, we live in a business-centered universe,” Tiffany says. “This approach means we focus on strategies and tactics that provide real business results for our clients. Many members of our team have even owned their own businesses, so they understand firsthand the need for accountability and results.”

Another factor in Element Three’s growth has been its integrated approach to client marketing strategy.

Element Three’s growth has yet to slow, as Sauder reports the company has surpassed its original growth plan by 30 percent in 2014.
