We’re thrilled to announce our plans to contribute to the business community in Indiana by nearly doubling the talent in our agency by 2024. Thanks to a generous grant from the Indiana Economic Development Corporation, Element Three plans to expand the agency by creating 37 new jobs by 2024. See what Indiana Economic Development Corporation has to say about our participation.

This expansion reflects the continual growth we are experiencing as a company. Just last week we were recognized as one of Indiana’s fastest growing companies by the Indianapolis Business Journal for the second year in a row.

Born and bred on Hoosier soil, it only makes sense for us to continue to invest in Indiana, and what better way to do so than to invest in people? We currently employ 39 exceptionally talented full-time Indiana associates, including two recent graduates from Butler and DePauw University who are participating in the Orr Fellowship. Of our 39 full-time employees, 36 are graduates from Universities and Colleges in the state of Indiana. If you’re interested in being the next superstar to join our team of top talent, please visit our career page to review openings. Indiana’s unemployment rate fell to 4.9 percent in June. This drop ranks us lowest among all of our neighbors. At Element Three, we’re going to do our part by creating more jobs for our fellow Hoosiers.

Indiana Secretary of Commerce Victor Smith offers words of support for the jobs we aim to create here in Indiana, “When companies like Element Three find success with clients across the nation, they could choose to create new jobs anywhere. But after operating in Indiana’s affordable, stable business climate, they know they’re gaining a competitive advantage by choosing to stay and expand here in the Hoosier State.”

If we plan to snag more awesome talent, we’re going to need the resources to do so. As part of our growth initiative we plan to invest $881,125 to expand our operations here on Indianapolis’ north side. Our office footprint has already increased by 200 percent as we now occupy two floors at The Pyramids. But, if you can believe it, that’s not all we have in store–the grant from Indiana Economic Development Corporation will enable us to receive up to $600,000 in conditional tax credits and up to $30,000 in training grants, dependent on our job creation plans. Both incentives are performance based, so until we hire our fellow Hoosiers, we are not eligible to claim the incentives.

We don’t foresee this being an issue, because building the Indiana business community is a commitment we feel strongly about. Don’t believe me? Well here’s what our President Tiffany Sauder has to say about it: “The business environment Indiana has worked to create – to incentivize continued growth and investment into the business – is an incredible asset. This, coupled with a crazy-smart team and clients that push us to do great work, makes me even more energized for the next 10 years.”

So, keep an eye out for Element Three as we continue to grow. And please contact us if you want to be a part of this awesome ride.
