San Pathak is named one of the 2017 TechPoint Tech 25 Award Winners

INDIANAPOLIS (Aug. 15, 2017) – Element Three, a full-service marketing agency that works for clients who strive for market leadership, is pleased to announce its Vice President of Technology, San Pathak, has been named to the 2017 TechPoint Tech 25 list. This list is a prestigious selection of 25 individuals who are critical and exceptional performers helping to grow the community’s tech and tech-enabled companies.

San Pathak joined Element Three in December 2016. Shortly after arriving, he oversaw the development of the agency’s first-ever software product, a lead distribution system custom-built for select clients. Using his technical product understanding, management experience and network in the local community, Pathak has worked diligently to build and scale Element Three’s development department, making it possible for the agency to take on increasingly complex development projects outside the realm of website builds.

“We knew San had incredible leadership qualities, but what was also immediately evident when he started at Element Three was that he is a natural mentor,” said Element Three President Tiffany Sauder. “He is compassionate, understanding and encouraging with his team. From a technical side, his attention to detail and methodical approach to projects enable him to navigate tough projects with ease. We are proud to see him recognized with this award, and excited to see what else he can achieve at Element Three.”

Pathak says, “It’s an incredible honor to be selected by TechPoint to be one of its Tech 25 winners.  The community that TechPoint has built is one that I’ve enjoyed and been a part of for a couple years now, which makes this selection all the more meaningful. I’d like to thank Element Three for my nomination, and I hope to continue to find new ways to support the marketing brilliance at E3 with innovative custom technology solutions.”

Before joining Element Three, Pathak served as vice president of technology for Reborn Code. He was also vice president of engineering at Corporate Systems Engineering, and he spent more than five years at Applied Instruments, Inc. Outside of his role at Element Three, Pathak spends time mentoring teens and young adults through his church, Trinity Baptist Church. In addition, he actively contributes to open source problem solving, has worked with local technology hubs such as Launch Fishers and DeveloperTown, and participated in—and won—two TechPoint-sponsored hackathons.
