Lehla Kisor

Lehla’s path to Element Three has been anything but linear—and that’s exactly what makes her so good at what she does. She’s been a musician, a linguist, and a Silicon Valley “tech bro” who spent six years at Google before realizing she wanted her problem-solving energy to fuel something more creative and human. That search eventually brought her back to the Midwest, where she’s now building the systems and experiences that keep E3 running at its best.

A natural generalist with a restless curiosity, Lehla thrives on variety. She has a knack for spotting the gaps in organizations and filling them with practical, people-centered solutions. For her, work is about momentum and real-time problem-solving. She thrives on optimizing systems, leveling up organizations, and taking on new challenges.

Outside of work, Lehla’s happiest when surrounded by people—usually over food. Hosting dinners, dropping off baked goods, or gathering her husband, three kids, and their dog for an outdoor adventure is her version of joy. She’s also an avid traveler, shaped by early experiences in rural Uganda, always seeking the real heartbeat of the places she visits. And whether it’s ziplining across hemispheres or taste-testing something unusual, she’s game to try just about anything once.
