Steven Hileman is VP of Client Solutions at Element Three, where he leverages his strategic marketing expertise and background in the OEM environment to solve some of the most complex business challenges for our clients. A University of Dayton graduate, Steven brings a distinctive combination of technical knowledge and creative thinking to his role, helping leaders find effective solutions at the crossroads of marketing and operations.

With over a decade of experience spanning the outdoor recreation and B2B industries, Steven has developed deep expertise in the B2B2X model. His work with companies like Roadpass Digital, REV Recreation Group, and Airstream has given him valuable insights into the RV and outdoor recreation markets, where he honed his skills in connecting manufacturers with dealers and end consumers. Throughout these experiences, he’s consistently demonstrated an ability to innovate within established markets while driving business growth.

Steven’s professional strengths include building high-growth teams, driving digital transformation, launching new products, and developing comprehensive go-to-market strategies for both dealer and consumer channels. His approach to business challenges is shaped by his belief that overcoming adversity leads to the most meaningful growth and innovation.

Outside of work, Steven is active in his community through board leadership roles with local non-profit organizations and co-coaches his son’s robotics team, continuing his commitment to building and development in all aspects of his life.
