IBJ business announcement

Rankings are determined based on a company’s number of local, full-time employees

INDIANAPOLIS (Dec. 12, 2017) – Element Three, a full-service marketing agency that works across digital and traditional channels to solve real business problems for clients who strive for market leadership, is now the largest full-service advertising agency in Indianapolis, according to the Indianapolis Business Journal’s (IBJ) annual Book of Lists. The IBJ Book of Lists ranks Indianapolis businesses in a variety of industries based on the number of local, full-time employees.

This is Element Three’s first time topping the list, with 70 full-time employees. In 2016, the agency ranked 3rd on the list. Agency President Tiffany Sauder says she is excited the company’s focused approach to growth led them to top this year’s list. “Being listed as the largest full-service advertising agency in Indianapolis is especially humbling this year, because the talent and opportunity in this awesome city continue to grow at an unbelievable pace,” said Sauder. “This year’s ranking is a true testament to the hard work and dedication of everyone who works for Element Three. Because of our people, we can fuel incredible growth for our clients, ultimately leading us to grow alongside them.”

Element Three has experienced impressive growth in the last two years. The company was named to the Inc. 5000 list for its fourth consecutive year. There have been multiple investments made in talent and technology, including the hiring of the agency’s first Vice Presidents of Brand and Technology, the addition of a new in-house video production studio, and the significant expansion of its paid digital department. Looking ahead to 2018, Sauder anticipates more opportunity to expand the value its clients receive.

“The momentum we have gained in the last couple of years has been remarkable, and yet we still have a lot left to accomplish,” Sauder said. “In 2018, we intend to continue to invest in adding depth to key areas in the business—namely marketing analytics, digital marketing, paid media, and completing our full-stack development team. As we move out of start-up mode and into a more mature growth mode, it’s important to add more process, more training, and to continue to invest in the customer experience. I’m so grateful to the team that has said ‘yes’ to taking this incredible journey with me. And I’m excited to kick off another big, bold year in 2018.”
