Natalie DeVoe

Originally from northern Indiana, Natalie DeVoe graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Child Development. Her path into project management wasn’t linear—she spent a decade as a Preschool Director before transitioning into the corporate world. That experience shaped how she approaches her work today, blending organization with empathy and an ability to read and respond to different personalities in real time.

For Natalie, project management offers the right balance of structure and variability. She values a well-built plan but knows when to adjust course, keeping teams aligned while navigating the inevitable shifts that come with complex work. Her ability to manage both process and people allows her to keep momentum moving without losing sight of the bigger picture.

Outside of work, Natalie is first and foremost a mom—a role she considers her greatest accomplishment. She spends much of her time with family and friends, staying active, and supporting others however she can, whether through advice, leadership, or simply showing up when it matters. She’s also an avid reader, always ready to get lost in a great story.
