Madie Lutzke brings structure, rigor, and a deep understanding of people to her role as Associate Director of Project Management at Element Three. Her career path may not have followed a straight line, but each chapter—spanning corporate operations, communications, and agency environments—sharpened the skills that define her leadership today: clarity, accountability, and an insistence on understanding why work matters before determining how it gets done.

Madie began her career in project management and operations within the insurance industry, where she developed a strong foundation in planning, financial stewardship, and performance metrics. That experience drew her toward marketing, where the complexity of integrated programs, client dynamics, and measurable outcomes presented a more compelling challenge. At Element Three, she has steadily expanded her scope—from managing individual programs to overseeing delivery across teams, improving processes, and helping ensure work is both strategically sound and operationally disciplined.

In her current role, Madie focuses on elevating how project management functions across the agency—supporting teams, reinforcing best practices, and ensuring work is executed with consistency and intention. She is highly organized, metrics-driven, and known for her follow-through, with a leadership style rooted in curiosity and a genuine interest in what motivates people to do their best work. Her guiding principle is simple: choose the right battles, and solve the right problems.

Outside of work, Madie channels that same patience and persistence into becoming an increasingly serious gardener and restoring her historic home with her husband—projects that, fittingly, reward long-term thinking and careful planning.
