Lindsey Clark

Lindsey Clark is an Executive Assistant at Element Three, where she keeps leaders organized and focused on what matters most. Born and raised in Indianapolis, Lindsey brings a background rooted in hospitality and customer service to her work, having spent years in the restaurant industry before transitioning to corporate life.

Lindsey's path to executive support wasn't a straight line. After managing a fine dining restaurant, she took a customer service role at Angie's List with the goal of building a career in a more traditional business environment. That role led to an opportunity to support an incoming SVP as their EA, where she discovered her passion for keeping things moving and helping leaders focus on their priorities. Her years in hospitality taught her relationship building, staying organized under pressure, and taking care of people, skills she relies on daily in her current role.

Lindsey is known for her resourcefulness. She thrives on creating order out of chaos, simplifying complex situations, and bringing thoughtful, delightful moments to those around her. Her approach to work and life is guided by a simple philosophy: be kind, know when to say yes and when to say no, and always stay true to yourself.

Outside of work, Lindsey is usually with her family. Her daughter Eden is her favorite adventure partner, and the two enjoy camping, exploring new cities, and being silly together. Lindsey can often be found at a concert, planning her next trip, or catching up on the latest binge-worthy show.
