Josiah Linnemann is a Performance Marketing Associate at Element Three. He grew up in Columbus, Indiana and studied at Purdue University, where he double majored in Business Analytics and Sociology. Both degrees pointed toward the same instinct: find the pattern, solve the problem.
His approach to marketing centers on connecting problems to solutions. "Most everyone has a problem that an existing solution can solve; the work is figuring out exactly which one, for exactly which customer." At E3, that shows up as cross-dimensional thinking—pulling from different fields to improve how things get done, not just execute on them.
Outside the office, Josiah is active in the Orr Fellowship, plays pickup basketball, and is still exploring everything Indianapolis has to offer.
