Colton Angel

For Colton Angel, the path to project management started with a critical eye. Growing up in Newton, a small town in southern Illinois, he developed a keen sense for marketing that just didn’t quite hit the mark. “How did this get approved?” became less of a passing thought and more of a career compass, leading him from Indiana State University’s marketing program and then into agency life.

As a Project Manager at Element Three, Colton’s innate ability to understand what makes people tick serves him particularly well in navigating the complex relationships and matrixed stakeholders in our clients. He brings a refreshingly straightforward approach to marketing – if something isn’t working, try something else. This adaptability, combined with his talent for getting people on board with a plan (and keeping them there when things go sideways), makes him particularly effective at managing difficult projects.

When he’s not orchestrating marketing, you’ll find Colton pursuing his passion for food. Whether he’s testing new recipes in his kitchen or exploring Indianapolis’s restaurant scene, he believes some of the best ideas come together over a shared meal.
