INDIANAPOLIS, February 18, 2025 – Element Three, a marketing agency specializing in manufacturers and dealer groups in the outdoor recreation and commercial vehicle industries, today announced the appointment of Kyler Mason as Chief Executive Officer. Mason succeeds founder Tiffany Sauder, who will transition to an advisory role after leading the agency since its founding in 2006.
Mason, who will also remain the company’s President, brings over a decade of experience at Element Three and deep expertise in marketing for manufacturers that operate in a distributed sales model. Under his leadership, Element Three has established itself as a trusted marketing partner for manufacturers in the RV, marine, commercial vehicle, powersports, and heavy equipment industries.
“Element Three has always been focused on driving real business impact for our clients,” said Mason. “I’m honored to build on the foundation Tiffany created and continue expanding our specialized services for manufacturers navigating the complex dealer environment.”
With his expanded role as President and CEO, Mason will lead company strategy, oversee day-to-day operations, and drive investments in go-to-market initiatives and key partnerships that bring innovative services to clients. This transition reinforces Element Three’s commitment to helping manufacturers thrive in competitive and evolving markets. The agency is a strategic partner for leading brands such as Airstream, Newmar, BraunAbility, Boston Whaler, and Model 1 Commercial Vehicles.
Sauder expressed her confidence in Mason’s leadership while sharing her excitement for the future of the agency.
“Kyler has played a pivotal role in shaping Element Three into the agency it is today, and I couldn’t be more confident in his ability to lead us forward,” said Sauder. “I’m excited to see him continue to push the agency to new heights, while I take on an advisory role that allows me to lean into new ventures and opportunities to foster growth in others. At Element Three, our purpose has always been about fostering growth in people and business so they can change the world—and this transition allows us both to live that out in new ways.”
