Associate Account Executive
Morgan grew up on one of those small farms that only exist in stories. The kind that feature a pond, river, willow tree, horses, goats, dogs, cats, even a goose and a duck. But despite having a ton of four-legged childhood friends, Morgan is a people person through and through.
“Even when I was young, I just really loved sharing stories. I like when you’re talking to someone and you can see their interest sparking, investment in the conversation deepening, and ultimately a mutual desire to take away something new from the interaction.”
After moving to Fishers, Indiana in middle school, Morgan headed north for college and enrolled at Manchester University where she fueled her love for people by joining a handful of clubs, mentorship opportunities, and extracurricular groups. And before she graduated with a double major in Business Management and Marketing, she studied abroad in Germany, Austria, and the Czech Republic…twice.
From college, Morgan went to work for an in-house marketing department, where she got to dip her toes in everything from graphic design and development to copywriting and financial analysis. After realizing that she “can’t draw a stick figure” and “words are hard,” Morgan went back to her strength—talking to people.
A self-proclaimed “motivational conversationalist,” Morgan likes making other people feel confident and aware of their own tasks, goals, and dreams. Her role as an Associate Account Executive at Element Three could not be more fitting.
“I feel my personal and professional role in life is to encourage others to feel like their own #1 fan—the world needs more people that understand and hone their potential for making a positive impact.”
Outside of work, Morgan loves being around water. But when that’s not always an option (we are in Indiana, after all), you’ll find her running with her Great Dane, Coulson, or enjoying food and drinks with friends and family.
