Abe realized he wanted to go into software development sometime in middle school, surrounded by corn fields and slow internet in rural Indiana. That’s how you know it’s love. And he got his first paying gig in middle school, too—a website for a local dentist. These days he helps us with sites for brands like Airstream and Togo.
Abe’s philosophy is that “it’s not failing if you learn from it,” so to him even problems are a win. That’s why he legitimately has fun tracking down even the smallest and toughest of issues, and not just fixing them, but also figuring out why they occurred.
Away from the keyboard, Abe is into hiking, camping, and kayaking. He also recently got into the lumber business with his brothers, collecting fallen trees and milling them into sellable lumber.
